We made changes to our cancellation policy by making it more flexible.
Snorkel gear is washed with disinfectant.
Digital waivers and no paper tickets handed over for a contactless operation.
Mouthpieces are kept separately until being used.
We follow the Safe Travels’ Global Protocols & Stamp as issued by the WTTC.
We have requested the installation of sanitation stations to encourage frequent hand washing at each destination.
All types of transportation and all our equipment are thoroughly and frequently cleaned.
We are providing our guests with hand sanitizer before and during the tour.
Seats and other touchpoints inside the car will be cleaned every time before guests are getting on board.
We made adjustments to our onboard amenities.
Guides and drivers:
Masks are not mandatory for our guests. If you consider them useful, we will have masks provided.
Keep their distance and will be wearing masks.
Have been equipped and trained according to WHO “COVID-19 Operational Planning Guidelines”.
Applied for the Certification in Health Protection and Prevention issued by the government of the state of Quintana Roo.
